[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental assessment and other services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Traffic analysis with predicted traffic volumes
- Study to support the purpose and need of improving safety and connectivity, alleviating traffic congestion, and reducing travel times
- Any Engineering and design services required
- Existing topography includes several compiled aerial surveys and a few field surveys.
- The work to be provided by the selected Consultant conducting the preliminary environmental investigation for the project which includes, but is not limited to the preparation and completion of all documents required to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and any other applicable environmental laws.
- Consultant shall conduct public outreach as required, to include but not limited public meetings, public comment periods, and responses to public comments.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
(4) Non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on January 26, 2022

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
