[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile diversion counseling and education programs to the government authority located in Arizona.
- Target population: Diverted juveniles who commit delinquent or incorrigible offenses and parent/legal guardians
- Design and implement a counseling or education program
- Be able to demonstrate that their course curriculum effectively addresses delinquent behaviors.
- Be able to demonstrate that the curriculum is evidence based and designed to reduce recidivism. Provide copies of presentations and online classes for review including all videos and handouts.
- Make reasonable efforts to provide a comfortable and safe environment for participants while attending the program.
- Provide a certificate of completion to each participant. The certificate of completion shall be in a form acceptable to the Court and, at a minimum, shall include the date of attendance, the participant’s name and the name, address and telephone number of the provider.
- Maintain registration and attendance records of program participants.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 1, 2022.
