Vendor needs to provide identity, credential and access management operation, maintenance, and project support services.
- Provide hardware configuration and software support for all government IT equipment and identity, credential and access management software applications.
- Provide software installation support in addition to associated software applications.
- Install, configure, update, and upgrade software and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software performance issues.
- Recommend software or hardware upgrade to improve system availability and performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor computer and server logs to track system performance trends.
- Protect all networks, equipment, and software from unauthorized access, uses, disclosure, disruption, modification and destruction.
- Providing high availability and reliability to all administration users for daily authentication and validation needs.
- Operate and maintain the identity, credential and access management information system infrastructure.
- Ensure all security measures are reviewed and enforced by conducting vulnerability scans and reporting discrepancies every two weeks.
- Support two-factor authentication and single sign-on capability, from the current implementation which addresses the Windows environment, to Mac and Linux platforms and a variety of applications and systems.
- Allocate work to Contractor staff according staff skill sets.
- Identify and resolve all project related technical and managerial issues.
- Support recording, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving system administrator PKI issues and problems ensuring minimal down-time.
