Vendor needs to provide health system survey for clinical quality improvement efforts related to chronic disease to the government authority loca6etd in Boise, ID.
- seeking to conduct a survey of Idaho health systems that primarily provide outpatient primary care to adults ages eighteen to eighty-five (18-85) (e.g., no specialty clinics or pediatric clinics). The goal of the survey is to better understand Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives currently underway related specifically to diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia
- learning more about the extent to which health systems are currently implementing strategies aligned with federally defined priorities related to the aforementioned conditions. Finally, the Program is interested in various factors (e.g., funding level, reporting frequency, timing, capacity, etc.) that would increase or decrease the likelihood of health systems applying for funding through the Program
- Develop a draft survey and address and incorporate no more than two (2) rounds of feedback provided by the Program. Make recommendations on question design, placement, and logic.
- Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan, including project timeline, identifying key milestones, and roles and responsibilities.
- Meet with the Department monthly, following final survey approval, at a date/time specified by the Department, to report out on progress
- Maintain statistical software packages (R Foundation for Statistical Computing (R), Statistical Analysis Software (SAS), Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), etc.) and knowledge and experience to execute descriptive and inferential statistics
- Survey Dissemination:
- Work in collaboration with established partners (state associations, alliances, public health districts) to disseminate the survey to Idaho health systems.
- Disseminate survey electronically to Idaho health systems.
- Follow-up on incomplete or partial survey responses
- Data Analysis:
- Conduct preliminary coding and data cleaning.
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistics on survey data to answer questions developed by the Program
- Reporting:
- Produce a final report and an interactive Tableau dashboard for data visualization of results.
