- Counseling Sessions: A minimum of three face to face, online, or by phone (unrelated incident) for each employee/family member.
- Employee Services: 24-hour crisis telephone coverage.
- Legal/Mediation: one (1) thirty-minute office or telephone consultation per matter (3 per year); preferred rate offered after.
- Financial: telephonic financial coaching from certified financial consultant for 30 consecutive days.
- Identity Theft: 60-minute free consultation.
- Home Ownership Program: assistance and discounts on services associated with selling/buying and refinancing a home.
- Wellness Program: unlimited access to health coach (optional).
- Unlimited telephone consultation and management referrals for managers/supervisors.
- Unlimited performance-based referrals.
- Support during reduction in force (RIF)
- Group critical incident stress debriefing; 24/7 management consultation services to management pre, during, and post incident.
- First Responder Services: on-site crisis counselors within two hours of notification.
- On-Site Counseling/Grief Support: Twelve (12) On-Site Hours for orientations and training.
