[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction support services including program management, daily inspection, contract administration, document management, and managing daily project progress,
- Coordinate with the Contractor prior to mobilization and coordinate a pre-construction
field meeting,
- Develop the weekly project progress reports and hold bi-weekly project progress meetings,
- Perform daily inspection of the entire meter replacement process, ensuring conformance
with standards and specifications full-time when the Contractor is on-site,
- Identify and communicate to the City existing conditions preventing meter replacement,
- Record all deficient work and coordinate the corrective work with the Contractor if needed,
- Review all Contractor Change Order Requests against the plans and specifications for
entitlement. Provide recommendation of acceptance,
- Review Contractors Project Schedule and provide recommendation for acceptance or
Revisions, etc. to the government authority located in Oxnard, CA.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 6, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
