Vendor needs to provide mail and postage services to the government authority located in Illinois.
- administrator of a cost-sharing, multiple-employer, public employee retirement system that provides retirement, survivor, disability and death benefits to employees of state
universities, community colleges, and certain other affiliated organizations and agencies,
- Bulk mail pickup and sorting metered mail (between 8,000 and 12,000 pieces per month)
- Optionally vendors may include cost to meter mail from SURS to allow to not need a postage machine on site,
- Metered mailing for larger mailers: regularly sends out approximately 500-700 pieces per month
- Large volume metering and sorting: two (2) large mailings per year in excess of 40,000 pieces of mail that need to be metered and are pre-sorted for mailing,
- a cost estimate for this service based on 40-60,000 pieces of mail two times per year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
