[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted Hyperion application for maintenance and support, systems management, and disaster recovery services
- an Oracle Hyperion Web-based, hosted managed service\Platform as a Service (PaaS) solution which includes Oracle EPM (Hyperion), Infrastructure, Oracle Database, & Disaster Recovery Services (Oracle EPM),
- Platform as a Service (PaaS):
- Hosted managed services, application maintenance, systems management and disaster recovery services for Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management System,
- Hosted managed services are designed to ensure that software is kept current and operating at peak efficiency, allows for immediate Developments, Configurations, and implementation of new or existing applications, and relieves of routine tactical tasks,
- Unique to hosted managed services provided is the patent services of the Predictive Incident Management and Advanced Monitoring Diagnostics which allows to reduce the hours of research and trouble resolution,
- Application Maintenance & Systems Management:
- Performing a technical upgrade of an existing Hyperion EPMA version to latest version,
- Assisting on troubleshooting technical issue to Hyperion Technical team as needed; first line support will be provided by the system administrator with second line support provided,
- Access to My Oracle Support, Oracle’s customer support web site for software support.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
