[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide reading and mathematics assessment measurement system.
• Reading and mathematics measures linked to state assessments in reading and mathematics that can be reported on individual student state assessment reports as well as aggregated reports for teachers, buildings, or districts.
• Use of contractor intellectual property regarding conversion tables used to determine the reading and mathematics measures. Also included would be the use of the contractor’s name, logo, tagline, resources, and other proprietary materials.
• Professional learning opportunities for educators and other stakeholders to expand their knowledge of the measures and understanding how the measures can be utilized to fuel student learning and growth both in the classroom and at home.
• Educator, parents, and student access to tools and resources that utilize the reading and math measures. Resources should include, but not be limited to, how to find the right book for a student reading level, a planner to forecast growth, database to identify measures associated with entrance into specific careers, instructional math resources aligned to state math standards, and materials appropriate for parents to use at home with their child over the summer.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
(3) Contract term will be five years.
