[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based tax and licensing system that provides an integrated, user-friendly, digital taxpayer experience and satisfactorily enables key revenue generating capabilities for the city.
- Provide a unified, multi-channel customer experience for city tax services
- Streamline and enhance delivery of key city business capabilities including personal property tax, real estate tax, licensing
- Migrate to and take advantage of modern technology benefits, which are detailed later in this document
- Creation of an integrated tax application ecosystem that meets the daily needs of city staff and taxpayers
- Secure migration of the current tax system off the mainframe as soon as realistically possible in order to mitigate legacy technology risks
- The unified experience would allow the taxpayer to understand their standing and history across City services through a single portal where they could find information, connect with customer support, submit information and applications, pay bills, link payments, etc.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on February 26, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.
