(1) Vendor needs to provide remediation of security vulnerabilities affecting to support and implement the recommended firmware, software updates and any other required remediation steps outlined in electric service notification to address the security vulnerability in two versions of schneider electric’s modicon programmable controllers and its ecostruxure control expert.
- Services will include onsite maintenance and support, as well as online or classroom training on the new software.
- Review and provide necessary updates to implement the recommended firmware and software updates, and other remediation steps outlined in the manufacturer’s document address the vulnerability.
- Provide one team support for the expired control expert as well as one advanced control expert L team software.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2021.
