[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide consulting services for asbestos, lead-based paint, and indoor air quality to the government authority located in Lancaster, SC.
- Inspecting offices/schools for asbestos.
- Re-inspecting offices/schools for asbestos as part of the EPA 3-year AHERA requirements.
- Updating management plans for changes in 3-year re-inspections and abatement activities.
- Preparing written design specifications and CADD drawings of abatement projects.
- Performing asbestos air monitoring of abatement projects.
- In coordination with the District’s Procurement Officer, pre-qualifying, selecting, and contracting with abatement contractors.
- Inspecting offices/schools for the presence of lead-based paint.
- Assessing offices/schools for the hazards/conditions of lead-based paint.
- Preparing written design specifications and CADD drawings of abatement projects.
- Lead paint chip, soil, air, and/or wipe analysis.
- Lead awareness training for district employees.
- Strategic air monitoring for contaminants.
- Personal protective equipment assessment.
- Noise monitoring.
- Hazardous material/process evaluations.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
