[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide an experienced, professional security service provider to conduct daily Mobile Patrol Services and provide nightly Security Officer Services at several public housing sites to the government authority located in Portland, ME.
- Two patrols will be conducted 7 days a week between 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- All floors of will be randomly patrolled each night.  Each floor will be inspected at least 2 times each night.
- All exterior doors and entry points will be checked randomly 2 times each night.
- Outbuilding and parking lots will be inspected 2 times each night.
Ensure exterior doors are locked.
- Inspect mechanical areas for leaks, odors, and other signs of hazard.
- Remove trespassers sleeping in common areas, mechanical spaces, and other non-apartment spaces.
- Check the building exterior for vandalism, loitering, trespassers, and signs of risk.
Security Officer hours are 7 days a week, 5 p.m. to 3 a.m.
- Monitor access and flow of people to prevent trespassers.
- Meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests.
- Prevent unauthorized people from entering location.
- Patrol site and maintain safety.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 15, 2021
(3) Pre-bid meeting will be held on March 4, 2021

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
