[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide internet hosting and translation services for the online version of the recodified revised ordinances,
- Translating the Code from English to Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Spanish, and Tagalog,
- Creating and maintaining the Code website,
- Complying with all accessibility requirements pursuant to federal laws and regulations, and including other accessibility features and functionality as beneficial or advantageous,
- Coding and uploading to the code website the initial online versions of the code in english and each of the five languages, and periodically coding and uploading updated versions of the code in english and each of the five languages when code supplements are published, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 5, 2021.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
