[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide completion specialty graphics installation service.
- Refresh and modernize the entire Stadium graphics and signage and maintain the history of Reser Stadium
- Facility design opportunities identification. Design concepts of the integration of graphics/ displays and artifacts/storytelling/signage into the framework of the building - Create a standards/ brand package for all graphics and signage (both static and digital) throughout the building, including colors, fonts, and materials. Final identification of all spaces and opportunities for graphics/ other assets and interactive content
- Integration of programming of space. Complete graphics schedule.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 3, 2021.
(3) A not-mandatory site visit will be held on March 8, 2021.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than March 11, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
