• Procurement solutions should include, but are not limited to:
• Self-service vendor registration
• Automated vendor notifications and published plan holders list
• Solicitation management services
• Receipt of sealed electronic submissions
• Solicitations evaluation processes
• Project and management reporting
• Contract compliance, and
• Contract management
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8, 2021.
