[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide consulting services for a managed service agreement for its PeopleSoft financials and human capital management modules
- All installed PeopleSoft modules must be supported by the Consultant.
- PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst (Please refer to Appendix 3 which lists, but is not limited to, the responsibilities of the PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst.) - This primary off-site resource (PSADMIN) will be required to train a backup offsite resource(s) in the Authority’s HCM and PSFIN infrastructure in order to prevent significant delays due to personal time off, or workload.
- All the Consultant’s resources will also be required to provide knowledge transfer and documentation to the Authority’s in-house resource(s).
- The Consultant’s on-site resources are considered supplemental staff to the Authority’s staff
- The Consultant will provide answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality, provide advice, and research issues for the Financial and HR/Payroll Systems and People Tools.
- The Consultant managed services resources will be required to provide answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality, provide advice, and research issues for the Financial and HR/Payroll Systems and People Tools.
- PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (All Web/App server components including but not limited to Integration Broker, REN server, File Attachments, Change Assistant)
- Process Scheduler (Batch and reports Server)
- Service Resource architecture and sizing
- Integrations connectivity and file transmission issues

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
