[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide COBRA administrative services only for medical, pharmacy and dental, health savings account and patient advocacy services
- Administrative Services Only for medical benefits for its self-insured employee health plan.  TPA or Carrier must own their own network to submit a proposal.  The City of College Station currently has medical ASO services with Cigna.
- Prescription Drug Benefit Management Program.  The city station currently has a self-funded pharmacy administrative services and network with Cigna (Express Scripts).
- Administrative Services Only for Dental Benefits for its self-insured employee dental plan.  
- Health Savings Account Administration.
- Patient Advocacy Services.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2021

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
