Vendor needs to provide employment applicant screening system to provide a web-based software system for background screening of job applicants for a period of up to three years.
- System shall have access to the local and federal law enforcement databases listed in the offeror’s response
- System shall perform applicants mailing address validation in all 50 states
- Criminal background check
- Credit report check from one or more of the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian or trans union
- Social media profile report or screening to include but not limited to; Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik-Tok
- Secure online access and storage such as multi-factor authentication, login lockdown and single sign on features
- System shall have cloud based unlimited storage that can be electronically transferred to internal database
- System shall allow applicants to enter their personal information directly into the system via a secure web page
- Successful Offeror shall be responsible for be responsible for hosting, maintenance, and technical support of the tool
- Successful Offeror shall provide a telephone and online customer service desk that is available, at minimum, during standard business hours
