(1) Vendor needs to provide secure credential solution to administer a variety of business functions related to credentialing, tax processing, and information provisioning.
- Cloud-based solutions hosted at a contractor provided facility will not be considered
- Propose a comprehensive automated secure credential solution that meets the business and technical needs defined in this document
- Propose all necessary hardware, software, design, development, customization, configuration, testing, delivery, installation, training, personnel, supplies, physical card production facilities, security, and on-going maintenance and support of the secure credential solution
- This Solution will include all necessary hardware, software, design, development, customization, configuration, testing, delivery, installation, training, personnel supplies, physical card production facilities, security, and on-going maintenance and support, on a firm fixed-price cost-per-card basis
- The overall scope is to modernize the current secure credential solution to maintain and enhance overall transaction processing, security, card quality, and related services
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 15, 2021.
