[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced traveller information system.
- Travelers can obtain real time traffic and traveller information across the state via apps for both the iOS and Android platforms, the 511ga website, or by any phone system
- Interactive map interface
- Hyperlinks to GDOT, GDOT social media, or other related 511 information
- Supplier shall provide weekly reports to GDOT showing usage of the various system components phone, website and apps
- The reports shall show, at a minimum, usage by day (phone system), visitors and sessions by day (website), and new downloads by day apps
- The system will allow callers on any landline or cellular phone in the state to dial 511, be connected to the system, and request and receive their desired information
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 3, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
