[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide CAM system development and administrative support service and solution.
- Contractor will design, develop, test, and debug SDoc templates in alignment with Agency provided requirements, and modify existing templates, as needed.
- Contractor will design, develop, test, and debug data reports and dashboards.
- Contractor will configure and maintain the configuration for the Knowledge feature in Salesforce.
- Agency will provide Contractor with a document listing the required roles, profiles, and other user-specific information for new or existing users.
- Contractor will enter user data into Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and configure Identity Connect to provision users on the Salesforce platform in both Production and UAT environments. Contractor will manage at least 113 roles, 9 profiles, 6 permission sets and 3 public groups. Contractor will also develop and execute tests to ensure SSO meets Agency-provided requirements.
- Contractor will provide user management and synchronization support for the statedev and training environments. Upon written request by the Agency, Contractor will load user data into the system, setting roles, profiles, and other user-specific information for each individual user.
- Contractor will analyze system issues to determine if the issue is a system defect. System defects and all other ‘technical issues’, defined as issues, which require potential changes to the System’s source code, will be escalated by the Contractor to the SI Contractor (Vertiba) for resolution.
- Providing project team with assistance identifying record and field formats.
- Describing how Salesforce processes queries.
- Recommending role and profile information for users.
- Recommending the best method for implementing a feature in Salesforce.
- Review potential designs and discern if they will work in Salesforce.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 28, 2021
