Vendor needs to provide legal counsel services to assist the attorney general in pursuing nuisance, tort, or other common-law-based claims against parties engaged in the manufacture, processing, testing, distribution, use, or disposal of PFAS or PFAS containing products to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Such assistance to include: Investigate and assess claims against parties engaged in the manufacture, processing, testing, distribution, use, or disposal of PFAS or products containing PFAS, prepare and prosecute litigation against potential liable parties, assist in all phases of the investigation and litigation and advise the attorney general on the conduct of the case and on strategy and tactics for each phase of the case.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
