[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide word-forward closed captioning and transcript services for hearing impaired staff via Microsoft Teams, as well as other platforms such as Zoom or conference call, in real time, with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of meetings and/or events
- These services shall be available to staff members working remotely that are attending work meetings and/or events, Transcripts of the meetings and/or events shall be available for one
calendar year from date of occurrence,
- The Contractor shall provide the State with an online account for the purpose of submitting captioning service requests and downloading the transcripts from each meeting and event. Requests for captioning services may be made by the State as frequently as semi-weekly to weekly.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
