[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide turnkey electronic ticketing solution including custom configured software, 3rd party software integration, all necessary hardware and implementation and training services, hosting and technical support, software shall be configured to meet the exact requirements of the city police department and approved by the city prior to training and deployment.
- Managing and Processing Ticket Data. The server application should: Be offered as a secure web-based application that can be accessed from remote locations, Allow ticket data synchronization from mobile software via multiple avenues; cradle, WiFi, carrier network, etc., Provide for multiple, agency defined system roles, with unique permissions for each role, Include the ability to hide, view or edit any available data element or system navigation item within the application by user role, Provide the ability to assign individual users of the system within agency defined Ugroups.", Allow all ticket data to be filtered by individual user role, permissions and group, Provide graphical dashboard reporting of all ticket data, allow users to access all historical ticket data based on user role permissions and group assignment.   Allow users to sort, filter and/or search all historical ticket data by various end user defined criteria including, but not limited to: ticket date, court date, synch date, ticket number, officer name, violator name, ticket number, group, ticket type, Generate data views and documents based on user defined sorts, filters and searches of all historical ticket data, PDF document with copy of each selected ticket on a single page of the PDF, Map with ability to zoom in/out, select individual tickets, view ticket data, generate PDF version of ticket or view photos, Data export files configured to meet the requirements of other 3 rd party software imports (Court Case Management, Records Management, Traffic Stop Data), Allow users with appropriate permissions to view, approve, void or decline tickets prior to export to other systems, System must require the capture of user comments when declining or voiding tickets, Allow users with appropriate permissions to edit data elements within tickets prior to export to other systems.
