[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a work order management and asset inventory tracking system. The solution that will best fulfill the needs of the city will provide for infrastructure data collection and GIS-centric work order processing that will leverage the city’s ESRI GIS environment currently in use including, but not limited to parks department, environmental services, building inspections, and facilities management. The City would like the proposed solution to have two points of integration with existing software solutions utilized by the City. This integration will eliminate the need for duplicate entry and eliminate the need for the Public Works staff to work within multiple systems. The proposed solution should be a comprehensive system that support easy access to data about each asset’s installation, operations, maintenance, and removal. The solution should be user friendly, secure, web-based geospatial application including the following key components.
(2) An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on February 1, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2021.
