[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide complete instruction of up-to-date CPR skills, use of an automated external defibrillator, and relief of foreign body airway obstructions to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Training curriculum must be based on a nationally recognized program/process, such as American Heart Association, Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute, Medic First Aid, etc.
- The first aid course must provide a complete overview of up-to-date CPR skills, including use of an automated external defibrillator, relief of foreign body airway obstructions, assessment skills with emphasis on scene safety, criteria for activating emergency medical services, care for bleeding and shock, management for specific illnesses and injuries common to the workplace, first aid kit/personal protective equipment requirements, and body fluids spill clean-up and exposure reporting procedures.
- Bidder must be able to provide a nationally recognized two-year certification to all participants who successfully complete training courses.
- Bidder must provide hands-on training in the use of devices and equipment that follow the current first aid, CPR and AED guidelines.
- Bidder must provide all training participants with appropriate and comprehensive printed materials to support and clarify the instruction provided.
- Bidder is required to submit Curriculums and samples of all printed materials furnished to training participants within 7 days after award.
- Bidder must be available to do site visits of employee first aid sites to advise on how to keep those stations adequately supplied and meet guidelines for first aid/safety regulations.
- The per participant cost must include all course materials, supplies and certification documentation as well as all lodging and travel costs.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2021
