[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment analytics software services that provide access to high-quality technology, seamless delivery of services, and strong client service or support.
- Providing monthly performance reports detailing the market values, duration, average life, average credit rating, and time-weighted returns of each portfolio.
- Measuring the performance of Citizens accounts against common industry benchmarks.
- Programing the compliance rules in the system which will help automate the efforts of monitoring compliance with Citizens’ investment policy rules.
- Providing automatic notifications to staff in the event of an investment compliance violation in applicable accounts.
- Setting up reporting composites and providing various analytics for the investment-grade fixed income portfolios including cash flow projections, maturity distribution, and asset breakdown by credit quality asset types, and investment managers.
- Providing accessibility to download all reports in Excel format.
- Providing basic scenario analysis and stress test reports on citizens portfolios.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on January 21, 2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2021.
