[A] Budget: Up to 50,000.00 USD

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft access development and support services for thousands of MS access based systems actively in use at DHS. That will be include: • Support the break/fix and system enhancement needs of DHS MSA end users on an as-needed basis. • Support internal DHS Staff in the MSA upgrades required by routine IT system patching and other security or environment related circumstances. • Support DHS efforts to convert MS Access databases to Microsoft SQL Server databases while maintaining the ME Access front end. Additionally, there is an occasional need for expertise to troubleshoot MS-Word and MS-Excel application with embedded macros to the government authority located in Wisconsin.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
