[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide exhibit, expo and event services for event revenue, facility usage, and rental revenue of equipment or supplies to the government authority located in Madison, WI.
- Professional, highly experienced, full-service exposition management company to provide the exclusive tradeshow, exhibit, show, and materials handling services for more than 34 annual exhibition/trade events and over 300 other annual meetings, events, conferences, etc. The proposer should be exceptionally positioned to provide the following services ensuring value and effective impacts to our customers including: show strategy/management/production, creative design, install/dismantle services, exhibit ordering/services, drayage, marshalling yard/material handling/management, domestic/international shipping/logistics, graphics, soft goods/carpet inventory/management, furnishings, lighting design/equipment, lead/equipment technology, and all other services typically provided by an exposition company to allow for a comprehensive approach from concept to completion, assessment, and analysis. provide all necessary labor, equipment, supplies, inventory, tools, software, technologies, transportation, storage, and expertise to execute this contract.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2021.
