(1) Vendor needs to provide call-in management system to manage constituents that call in to provide comments to the during public meetings.
-  allow constituents to request to speak online on specific agenda
- allow constituents to receive call in instruction via email
- allow the request to speak webform to dynamically update depending and manage callers efficiently.
- maintain a log of the information provided on the form
- ability to check for validity of email address and phone number on the form
- ability to include a request for language translation and indicate which language is requested on the webform
- collect and house the webform data in a database
- allow constituents that requested to speak to call in to the system portal
- web-based and accessible from any PC, tablet or mobile devices
- ability to manage callers in an efficient and effective way.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 16, 2020.
