[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide time, attendance and scheduling software to enhance and expand the scheduling needs for nursing staff,
- The System will provide employee access to schedule and changes through work or personal electronic device,
- The System will include configurable rules to allow employee to automatically accept or reject shift request from callout,
- The System will notify employees of open shifts through, text message, app, email and phone call,
- The System will track annual training and meetings for employees and notify and remind employee via electronic method. The system will also allow for manual entry of records,
- The System will accommodate employee schedules,
- The System will easily create new units or rename units in scheduling software.    
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 7,2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
