(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management and general contractor services for assisting the city and the city’s contracted architect with detailed design and construction of new city hall with related facilities and appurtenances located to the government authority located in Santaquin, UT.
(2) The Project will include: A new city hall building, site improvements, including parking areas, asphalt drive, drive access, curb and gutter, concrete flat work, storm drainage facilities, landscaping, site lighting, landscaping, etc.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 17, 2020.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2020.

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
