Vendor needs to provide harbor commission engineer services to the government authority located in Atlantic Highlands, NJ.
- The position of Harbor Commission Engineer / Pool of Engineers shall be a one-year term/appointment for the year 2020 or until the successor is appointed. The proposal/quotation is sought for a per hour fee for the Engineer that should include the basis for billing services, a fee rate quotation for engineering services that should include a rate schedule for hourly rates for key personnel and a fee schedule for out of pocket expenses. Attendance at a monthly Harbor Commission meeting may be required from time to time at the direction of the Borough Administrator and/or Harbor Manager. The Borough will be appointing several professionals as Harbor Commission Engineer based on its evaluation.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
