(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing campaign services to assessment of existing strategy and audiences and further market analysis/research to determine strategy for allocation of resources for existing programs; needs and competitive analysis for new programs when added; ongoing adjustment of strategy and tactics during course of relationship, creation and maintenance of landing pages/microsite for digital marketing efforts for all programs; landing pages may be hosted on vendor’s platform; integration of landing page inquiry forms with CRM used by university.
- Search engine optimization (SEO): Reports to be provided by vendor and implementation of
recommendations to be done by university on SEO site hosted by university.
- Optimization, content creation and backlinks including enterprise keyword discovery. volume, relevance, age/domain authority, opportunities to compete, competitive landscape. deep dives into brand strength, page/domain authority, types of pages, social engagement, on-page content and SEO execution, technical SEO: page load times, response headers, meta data, crawl friendliness, mobile optimization faceted navigation, content adjustments. keyword relevance, search engine communication, content opportunities, content uniqueness, universal search (videos, image SEO), user experience. bounce rates, click-through rate (CTR), user engagement, internal linking. cross linking, information architecture, page value distribution, external linking. link authority, profile quality, frequency of linking, Social Media. User engagement, content distribution, competitive landscape.
- Search engine marketing (SEM) including PPC (pay per click) and targeted banner display ads.
- Google Search Engine Marketing or SEM including Assume, build and manage search of paid advertising accounts across all paid ad networks (search and display), Improve performance by increasing the quality score of all keywords and ads with tools such as dynamic keyword insertion and potentially dynamic landing page SEO, Organize and consolidate current account structure for better optimization, Focus on "buying" keywords and long-tail keywords to ensure conversion rates stay high even as volume grows, Create smart ads with qualifying hurdles on high-volume search phrases, as needed,  Make use of upgraded call/social extensions whenever possible, Optimize mobile performance by adjusting mobile bid adjustments and managing negative keywords to maximize inexpensive, high-quality Cost Per Click (CPC) opportunities, Complete daily keyword mining including stronger use of negative keywords, Add more phrase/exact match keywords and move away from expensive broad match Keywords, Leverage upgraded call extensions (free calls and clicks to call), A/B test new ad copy and display URLs, Deliver precision performance reporting and quick-turn collaboration workflow on new opportunities, Shape-shift budgets by day part to optimize spend based on decreased competitive activity and increased search volume, Offer conversion improvement opportunities including landing-page design and testing, and many other yield-increasing conversions techniques.
- Social media management to Determine social media platforms to use (at a minimum Facebook and LinkedIn), Post + monitor + optimize + network all platforms; posts will include mix of static and animated content, Facebook advertising (website visits, page likes, clicks to website and video views, and post engagement; demographic, behavioural, geographic and interest targeting plus retargeting), LinkedIn Advertising (company and job title targeting).
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 09, 2020.
