(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system, implementation and support services. The software systems that are currently utilized have extremely limited integration between each other, which creates the need for data to be manually transferred between systems or analyzed using multiple systems. The ERP solution proposed should support each department in streamlining their own processes, as well as provide departments with instant access to the information, data, and resources that they need from other departments. provide a hosted solution that will fully integrate with third-party systems being utilized, and include the functionality and modules needed to meet requirements.
- With Customer Service and Finance utilizing the customer service management and financial system for most of their job functions, those departments will have a higher need for an ERP system, while other departments may be able to perform most of their job responsibilities utilizing current third-party software.
