[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide financial and business support systems contract includes a broad range of system-support-related services, designed to ensure that agency business, finance, and management-related systems meet agency requirements.
- Agency EPMS is its software-development-lifecycle (SDLC) process. It provides a structured approach to managing IT programs and projects beginning with establishing the justification for initiating a systems-development or maintenance effort and concluding with system disposition.
- The objective of this task area is to allow FAA to obtain access to the skills sets/expertise necessary to help it ensure that its financial systems meet stakeholder needs.
• Conducting gap and shortfall analysis,
• Performing Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) and reporting on findings,
• Drafting system Concept of Operations (CONOPs) documents,
• Decomposing CONOPs requirements into functional and performance requirements, and
• Participating in User-Acceptance Testing of IT systems related to financial and budget activities.
• Creating, configuring, modifying, deleting and managing user accounts and permissions, and
• Creating, configuring, modifying, deleting and managing distribution lists and print queues.
• Creating and updating documentation, such as scripts and how-to wikis,
• Developing and maintaining SOPs, and
• Developing and maintaining job aids for system workarounds.
• Resolving username and password problems;
• Verifying proper software set-up;
• Assisting with navigation around the application;
• Meeting First Call Resolution (FCR) goals (as defined in individual task orders) and suggesting improvements to increase the FCR rate.
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting reported problems and issues;
• Performing break/fix functions and capturing solutions and workarounds in the knowledge base;
• Providing deskside instruction (if specified in the task order);
• Recovering data;
• Researching new or previously unreported issues,
• Designing and developing methodologies to solve problems and address issues,
• Evaluating methodologies in a test environment and recommending the best solutions,
• Implementing solutions, and
• Escalating the issues to the O&M contractor.
- This bid is total small business set-aside (FAR 19.5)

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
