[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide cultural and heritage communications product development to develop a communication strategy to increase awareness and understanding within key user groups about the value of archaeological, cultural and heritage sites within a pilot area, the stewardship role that first nations have in managing these resources and the current applicable laws and regulations
For the protection of these sites,
- Meet by phone with contract managers to review and agree on communication goals and
objectives for the project,
- Provide a draft list of recommended communication messages, methods and material and their
costs for contract managers’ review,
- Provide a draft communication strategy for review and input,
- Be available for regular check-in calls with Contract Managers to discuss progress and resolve
any issues,
- Participate in a workshop to refine products,
- Develop a final draft which reflects feedback from the Partners,
- Describes goals and objectives of the communication strategy and products,
- Describes issues and known locations that require targeted messaging,
- Describes key audiences, including options for outreach and engagement,
- Describes options (including both methods and mediums) for sharing information with key audiences, and describes associated opportunities and challenges with each option. options should describe the maintenance and capacity requirements, along with a description of potential costs, and the target audiences along with the forecasted effectiveness,
- Provides language for recommended communication material, tailored appropriately for each audience/ issue,
- Describes how the proposed products meet the goals and objectives of the strategy,
- Provides options for determining the effectiveness of the strategy and communication Materials,
- Provides a maintenance, review and update schedule for the strategy and communication Materials,
- Details steps for implementation of the strategy, including communication materials that should be developed and their approximate cost.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
