[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis answering service to provide and enhance customer service and increase customer satisfaction for clients.
- Call Volume: - SCDMH estimates that each center that chooses to implement this system will require approximately 14,000 to 15,000 calls per month as part of this contract.
- A. Technical and Professional Requirements: - 1) Contractor MUST operate 365 days, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day schedule, which includes New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President’s Day, Confederate Memorial Day, National Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas, Hazardous Weather Days.
- Incoming Calls/Calls Answered: - Contractor shall use SCDMH-CCRI Crisis Access number that will be established by the agency.
- Must provide a crisis answering service, which is fully staffed at all times.
- Clients may utilize the vendor call-center by calling the 1-833- DMH-CCRI phone number directly during the day or at night.
- All calls must be answered within one minute.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
