- Services under a resultant contract may be extended to any future debt or financing authority the State may create or receive during the contract term beyond the specific authorizations cited. Such authorities may include, but are not limited to additional authority that may be granted by legislation, new or enhanced federal credit programs, or financing authority related to any new or extended revenues.
(2) A pre-offer conference will be held on July 11, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2019.
