[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide brand platform development and implementation services which projects the university’s leading position in the province, country and world, and conveys its unique and compelling character in a clear and coherent manner to its various audiences.
- Brand Discovery
Guided by the results of the university brand equity study conducted in the fall 2018/winter 2019, the proponents will follow a consultative process to discover an institution-wide, comprehensive brand platform (reputation, identity, image, and component stories) around the core institutional narrative: its promise, its mission and its impact.
- Creative Development (Brand Platform)
Creative strategy and development (may include visuals, wordings, different aspects of brands, visual identity, institutional narrative, university guidelines governing use of visuals, creative concepts for university graphics, key print publications, standard posters, banners, website design, display materials, etc.) for the brand platform, university marketing, and communications.
- Testing and Approvals
The testing phase will involve University approvals for creative approach, marketing strategy and creative concepts.
- Brand Guidelines
Define and formalize the brand platform.
- Brand Launch and Awareness Campaign
Launch strategy, planning and execution of brand platform launch in winter and spring 2020.  
- Awareness Campaigns
The final phase will include the development of multi-channel marketing campaign to raise awareness of the university brand. implementation of the brand platform through message and creative concept development, copywriting, timing, brand launch, media planning and buying, production, benchmarking and measurement. The proponent will be expected to develop all creative and execute the media buy strategy. Estimated timeline for this phase is fall 2020, winter and spring 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
