[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide contact center service to handle inquiries including cancer information along the cancer continuum, smoking cessation counseling and information, clinical trials information, education, recruitment, and case management.
- Hours of operation: -
1. Telephone Service 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.
2. LiveHelp Service:  9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday.
3. Automated Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Voicemail support during Overnight Hours, Weekends, and Government Holidays.
- Vendor shall deliver services via Toll-free numbers and Additional Access Channels including Live Help, online chat service, E-mail, Enterprise Social Media Accounts, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Cancer Currents Blog, etc.
- Develop a strategic outreach plan, Communication to the Government, etc.
- The Contractor shall use systems compatible with Government Provided Information Technology (IT) and communication support.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
