[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying services will focus on evolving our brand and growing awareness regionally and nationally including
- Establish general brand awareness for regionally and nationally
- Generate experience-centered campaigns that promote a full complement of destination resources and tourism assets that motivate individuals and families to spend their leisure time and money either in a day trip overnight stay
- Brand will be to anchor itself in its rich history, culture and outdoor adventure opportunities, without losing sight of our objective in promoting those opportunities that create memories and experiences that will last a lifetime We are looking for a fresh approach to executing our brand message.
- high level strategy and integrated approach to meeting key objectives
- Conduct research on agreed upon market demographics and media based an evaluation of our defined potential target area
- develop a purchase strategy, media buy plan and schedule
- advertising based on approved media buy plan
- Affidavits must include cost per spot, time and day of placement, commercial aired, impressions reached for print, outdoor, web and donated time provided by media outlet
- Compile a post-buy summary report and analysis on the media aired during each campaign, including quantity, cost, outreach, bonus air time and other related market information
- traditional mass advertising in print, TV, radio, OOH, etc. and online advertising brand awareness, co-op partnership development grassroots word-of-mouth and social media
- support ongoing strategic planning and creative consultation as it relates to campaign creation, media negotiations and metrics monitoring
- Proposals should demonstrate an integrated marketing approach to marrying innovative ideas through online and offline media channels
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.
