(1) Vendor needs to provide aspect call center system maintenance, licenses and support services for components of the currently installed system, additional licenses as needed for future expansion of the current aspect functionality and services to develop and implement enhancements and improvements and support of existing aspect call center functionality, including current system maintenance for all components necessary for continued operations, new aspect licenses, aspect expert system services, aspect SAAS-VIA solution, aspect essentials that voice blend agent (inbound/outbound voice), voice recording and predictive and proactive outbound voice, CRM basis voice adapter, reporting insight and analysis, proactive voice, email, SMS, advanced campaign management and compliance, screen recording, additional recording storage, SMS text services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
