RFP Notification Services

We are based in CALIFORNIA, USA and we are requesting proposals from Service Providers (FROM USA ONLY), for Graphic and Website Designing Services on AS NEEDED BASIS. Services are required for our educational and outreach programs. Service Provider will work closely with our environmental programs staff and contractors. This contract will be for a period of 12 months with two annual renewal options. The contract term will not exceed 36 months total.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)
[B] Budget: 95,000 USD
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) As requested, design and produce printed materials, collateral items and websites for such items as (but not limited to):
(a) Promotional pieces for our new and existing programs and services
(b) Community outreach materials for public workshops and meetings
(c) Promotional materials for public meetings and community events
(d) Web pages for various programs and services
(e) Collateral material related to various events
(2) Coordinate all logistics of printing and/or fabrication of materials and delivery to the client.
(3) Coordinate the placement of newspaper advertisements.

Note: There is no intention for Service Provider’s personnel to be housed at our office. We do not intend to reimburse Service Provider for personnel relocation under this contract. Specialty staff identified in the proposal that are needed for specific assignments on this contract may, with our approval in advance, be eligible for reimbursement for all normal costs associated with travel outside their home office.

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry the work at their office within USA.
[F] Deadline to Submit Proposals: July 27, 2010 (Although the deadline to submit queries has passed, we have included the addendum.)
