We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Translation Services. Term of the contract will be for 2 years with an option to renew for 2 additional years depends upon performance.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking for one or more service provider to provide “Written and Telephonic Translation Services”
(2) Service provider will any of the following language translation services.
- Spanish
- Italian, French, German, Portuguese
- Albanian, Bulgarian, Serbo-Croatian, (Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian)
- Czech, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Polish, Russian
- Arabic, Farsi, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese & Other Asian languages
- African languages (Akan, Amharic, Tigrinya, Swahili, Somali, Twi, etc)
- Hmong, Tagalog, Burmese, and other less frequently requested languages.
[B] Budget
Our approximate annual budget is 25000 USD.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms will be in accordance with government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before March 9, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only.
