We are Kentucky; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Offsite Legal and Medical Transcription.
[A] Notice Type: Solicitation
[B] Budget: Looking for best proposals
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Transcription must be sent within 24 hours from the receipt of the dictation.
(2) Turnaround time of within 2 hours of receipt of STAT dictation and/or notification of STAT dictation.
(3) The vast majority of lines will be transcription of medical dictation. A much lesser portion of the workload will be transcription of staff notes.
(4) The contractor will transmit the transcribed dictation back to us in paper or an electronic format.
(5) Contractor shall maintain electronic storage of transcribe reports for at least 4 weeks after transcription.
(6) Contract will be for a period of 1 year.
(7) Volume of dictation may wary due to fluctuations in work load. Approximate volume of the work will be 100,000 lines per month.

Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises. However, work needs to complete within USA.
