[C] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking to acquire teleradiology reading services. The scope of duties includes interpretation, dictation, and transcription for each received study.
(2) The types of studies include computed tomographys (CT), nuclear medicine studies, plain films, and Ultrasounds (US).
(3) The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate competitively as a 100% small business set-aside.

[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work in their own office premises.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before May 27, 2010.
