We are California; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for Offsite Legal Transcription Service.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking to transcribe some of the interviews (Legal).
(2) All transcription services will be performed off-site. We will provide the selected vendor with an audio recording on a CD (or DVD) via courier service or hand delivery (if the vendor’s office is within a reasonable distance from the Inglewood Police Department) for preparation of the transcript.
(3) Because these transcripts are occasionally used for legal proceedings, accuracy is of the utmost importance. It is expected that each transcript will be proofread and corrected, as necessary, to ensure accuracy.

Onshore (USA Only)
[E] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be either Offsite. All services described herein shall be performed within the United States. Work cannot be performed outside Boundaries of United States of America.
Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before May 19, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only.
