We are Florida; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Legal Transcription Service.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of law Legal Transcription Service.
(2) Approximate yearly volume of the work will be 20,000,000 characters per year.
(3) We will provide video and audio recording in the form of standard dictation, suspect confessions and witness interviews that needs to be transferred into hard copy.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work on their own office premises.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only), Companies from USA and those who are having branch office or Point of Contact in USA can apply.
We are looking for best proposals and payment terms will be according to government law. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals on or before February 23, 2010 via post, courier or hand delivery only. This tender is Onshore and Offsite. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
